Within a new layout of the road No.521 it was necessary to build a new bridge over the railway track closed to the city of Prabuty in North Poland.
The work was conducted by civil engineering company INTOP which is specialized in railway bridge construction. INTOP prefers the efficiency in their Movax pilers which allows them to work with minimum staff and high productivity around the piling work. All operations can be done by the operator of the excavator and the Automatic operating device of the Movax. This guarantees that the sheet piles are positioned and pilled in a straight vertical angle. For INTOP it is also important that they can use the same excavator for digging work after they have made the pile wall. The Movax can be attached and dismantled in a few minutes.
The piles used on this site were 12 meter long Larssen profile piles. The piling work was conducted by Movax SPH-80 and Auto-C operating device mounted on 33 ton excavator.
