Austrian company Böhm Transport is in charge of conducting the piling work at a new building area located in Neusiedel am See, Austria. Sheet pile walls built to the site will support the housing area and protect it from the water which runs on a channel made around the buildings. This artificial channel can later be used by the house owners and their boats as a direct way to the nearby lake. Piling will also take place when conducting a pier construction which includes a steel frame welded to the pile wall. This frame is then covered by a wooden pier deck. The piles are driven by Movax SP30 on Daewoo 210 wheel excavator. Piles used in building were PU18 with 4 and 5 meters in length and 800 mm in width.
