In March 2014 Oberhauser & Schedler added Movax Side Grip SG-45V sheet piler to their extensive special machinery fleet. Movax SG-45V pile driver can be operated by two special equipped carrier vehicles; Kobelco SK235 and Atlas 1905 wheel excavator. Company’s management decided to go for resonance free SG-V model with a variable eccentric moment because they mainly operate in urban areas closed to buildings, where minimal ground vibration during the piling process is desired. The piler is equipped with Movax modular arm system, which allows a quick change of the inserts for example from sheet pile clamps to wood pole clamps.
